2017 Important Dates


Depot Setup: Wednesday, November 15th, 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

We will need some assistance in getting our Hamper Depot setup. This involves a lot of heavy lifting and some trucks. Call us at 403.660.1569 or email us.

Delivery of Food Drive Bags – Tuesday November 14th and Wednesday November 15th

The bags for our food drive need to be distributed in the neighborhoods. They can be delivered during the day or in the evening but must be completed by Wednesday night at 9:00 PM

Food Drive: Saturday November 18th.

The donated food needs to be picked up and delivered to our depot where it needs to be checked and sorted. We will run the Food Drive from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Areas that will be selected are: Canals, Coopers, Fairways, King’s Heights, Meadowbrook, Reunion, Sagewood, Thornburn Williamstown, and Woodside.

Deadline for Hamper Applications: Monday, December 11th.

Hamper applications are available October 1st and must be completed and approved prior to Monday, December 11th.

Deadline for sponsors to bring Hamper: Thursday, December 14th.

Sponsors forms are available and families will be matched as applications are processed. (Sponsors will need to have their hampers delivered to our depot).

Hamper Delivery Date: Saturday December 16th.

Hamper deliveries will be scheduled between 1:00 and 5:00 PM on Saturday.

Hamper Pickup Date: Sunday December 17th.

Hamper recipients will be given a time in which to pick up their hamper from our Depot.

CLOSED MONDAYS

Tuesday November 28th to Saturday Dec. 2nd from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Tuesday December 5th to Saturday December 9th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Tuesday December 12th to Friday December 15th. From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Saturday December 16th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM by Invitation Only.

Saturday December 16th from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Hamper Delivery by Invitation.

Sunday Dec. 17th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Hamper distribution Day.
